Our rates are $250 for a one-day rental or $350 for two days.

Additionally, we require a $150 security bond, which is fully refundable once all equipment is returned on time and undamaged.

The soft play requires a flat, even ground of at least 6mx4m. Ensure the area is dry and free of debris or animal droppings

Our equipment can be set up both indoors and outdoors

Considerations:

• The ground of the setup area must be clean, stable, flat, and free of debris
• Weather protection is essential; our equipment cannot get wet or be placed in direct sunlight (as it gets hot quickly).
• For outdoor events, please ensure adequate shade and protection from rain.
• If it begins to rain during your event bring all equipment indoors or undercover. If equipment is damaged due to exposure to rain or mud, you will be billed for the cost of replacement equipment as per our Terms of Service

Ensuring cleanliness and safety is paramount to us. That's why we clean and disinfect all our equipment after events as per our Terms of Services

We do not currently offer delivery.

We recommend a ute or trailor to collect the soft play.

We know that accidents can happen, so we require a security bond when you book ($150).

This bond is refunded after the equipment is returned reasonably clean, dry, undamaged, free of marks, and with all balls from the pit.

If damages exceed the $150 bond, you will be invoiced for the additional cost. For more details, please refer to our terms and conditions.

Additionally, we advise you appoint an adult safety supervisor to oversee the play area, ensuring both safety and the prevention of any rough or damaging play.

As we reserve our equipment exclusively for your event date, our cancelation policy reflects this. Below is an excerpt from our Terms of Service.

1. The Hirer may cancel an order but shall forfeit any hire fees paid as follows:

a) cancelations made within 14-8 days of the event will forfeit $150 of the hire fee. They will be refunded the remaining hire fee they paid as well as the Security Bond

d) cancelations made 7 or less days before of the event will not be refunded any amount of the hire fee but will receive the Security Bond back.

2. Should the Hirer wish to postpone their booking they can do so in writing provided they make contact more than 14 days before the event. A $30 admin fee will be charged for any requests within the 14 days before the originally scheduled event. The new booking date must be within 3 months of the original date and is subject to the equipment’s availability.   

3. Requests to cancel or postpone the equipment should be made in writing to contact@tinyncapable.com

4. The Owner reserves the right to cancel any bookings, for any reason at any time. If this occurs the Hirer will receive a full refund.
